Leap into the 21 century with Continuous Flow Proving a technology that vastly improves the calibrating and testing procedures for dispensing applications. Incorporating an incredible new technology for determining dynamic density measurements on flowing products, this method can electronically sense air, or product vapor during testing for a truly accurate volumetric result. Until recently this could not be done with a high level of certainty using existing air elimination technology. Mechanical air eliminators are not accurate or consistent enough for precision testing purposes.

All measurements are free of operator intervention, therefore eliminating introduced errors. All calibration features are stored in an embedded control system for security and audit functionality. To meet upcoming approval requirements non-volatile memory is used for all metrological functions.

Calibration information and settings are not accessible to the user. All application and database software are strictly for monitoring purposes and have no control over the hardware itself.

Utilizes a standard windowed environment interface for ease of operation.

Portable unit: Can be used in any service truck, no special vehicles required.

Unlimited recirculation capacity

One unit can handle flows rates from 15 - 200 lpm or 3 - 50 gpm.

Easily be moved by one man whenever needed.

Larger units available for commercial and bulk testing requirements. See Figure 3

On-site reporting

Complete database for historical and reconciliation data.

Automatic report issued to station or site owner/operator showing product recirculation data.

Reports can be customized by the operator using a 3rd party off the shelf reporting database package. This alleviates being tied into predefined reports.

No bulky test cans to carry as the product is returned directly to the tank. Vapor is contained within a closed loop system; no vapor release to atmosphere. Whole system is grounded to prevent static related incidents.

Closed loop testing to better simulate real world conditions of dispenser usage. Accurate testing of a dispenser within its flow range without nozzle shut-off stopping flow before the required amount. No preset amounts to dispense.

Closed loop system testing minimizes all errors due to vapor release, product adhesion to the can, cohesion of product to itself, drip times, can expansion or contraction, temperature change during a test, and many others. Consistency is maintained from one test to the next.

Another major benefit to using this technology is that system problems are detected by using continuous flow proving. (such as: water in the product, contaminants in the fuel, air in the system caused by faulty components, bad hoses, leaks, pumping unit problems, etc). Many other deficiencies can be found and recorded for later examination.

Acceptable repeatability of the meter can be determined, that may be missed from only 1 or 2 test can uses.

No errors associated with reading the proper meniscus level on a test can.

Very fine resolution (.001 liters), not attainable with a test can.

First step to take when tank readings or the site reconciliation does not balance.
